In 1970 Claus and Maria decide to build with their hands a small hotel of 28 rooms.
Thus begins the long history of the Hotel Maryel that Christmas and Maria are run with the passion and the hospitality of the people of Romagna;
the hotel has undergone a great fortune as well as due to the sympathy of the Fabbri family and awarded culinary skills of Mrs. Maria, to the excellent and comfortable location where the hotel is located.
In 2008 the children, grew up in and along the property and strong in their history, they decide to turn the hotel into a residential structure of 25 apartments well, trying to answer now changing needs of modern tourism.
The new structure does not deny its “summer nature” due to the wonderful location being right across from the sea and enjoying, the opposite side, the beautiful sunsets over the mountains of San Marino, as well as the relaxing view of the small forest of Rivabella camping;
It is also situated in a very quiet area, close and well connected to Rimini center and Rimini, as well as the Fair, being a great choice even for more or less work or study stays.
