The location of the Maryel Residence is facing the sea and on the back it enjoys the coolness of the trees of the nearby Camping Italia. The affiliated beach (BAGNO 10 VATIKAKI) is right in front and in summer it is very lively with always new proposals for adults and children and the whole Rivabella seafront is organized to entertain you. A few steps away you will find the Arenas park (water slides and small swimming pool) and in the evening many games right on the beach side next to the promenade. You can reach the station and the historic center by public transport (BUS N ° 4) or by taking a healthy walk or by bicycle. By car you can easily reach all the inland towns rich in medieval and Renaissance history and architecture: in summer but also throughout the year there are festivals, parties and cultural events.
